Two of the triangles cut with this die sew together to form a 6" finished half square triangle and match up with one 6 1/2" cut square. You can easily make 12" blocks with four sewn half square triangles.

Twist and turn these basic quilting units to achieve any number of block designs including a pinwheel. Add some other square and rectangle dies from our AccuQuilt GO! mix and match system and your quilting world has expanded even further.

Notice we have cut off the dog ears on the half square triangles. Simply place the fabrics right sides together on the die, cut, then pick up a pair to quickly sew a perfect half square triangle.
